How do you certify documents?
We provide a Letter of Certification on our company letter head which would include date, annexure and the following statements:
We certify that, to the best of our knowledge, this is a complete and accurate translation of the annexed document
statement that the translation is true and correct
the translator translating the document is fluent in both languages and is competent in translating the language pair
These statements would be followed by our authorized signatory's signature. This format of certification is created to suit the USCIS requirements.
How long will my translation take?
A human translator has a capacity to translate a maximum of 1500 words a day. Followed by translation we proof read the translated document to ensure accuracy. If your document has less than 1500 words we complete it and deliver it within 24-48 hours irrespective of the language or your location.
How will I receive my documents?
We e-mail translated documents in PDF format for ease & convenience. This also helps us cut on the cost for mailing – which is passed on to you. In case you need hard copies, we have a mailing system at an additional cost of a few dollars.
